Supporting Local Municipalities

Grades 7–12
The Atid Education Network partners with local municipalities to advance holistic and innovative approaches to education.
Currently, we are working closely with the municipalities of Lod, Ness Ziona, Givat Shmuel, and the Mateh Asher Regional Council to lead processes of educational enhancement and pedagogical innovation.
We firmly believe in the power of local educational leadership.
Educators from within the community are best positioned to understand what truly matters for student advancement and for fostering both academic and social growth. They also have the ability to connect and align various initiatives and efforts, helping to build a more coherent and effective educational system.
When local educators lead change, a strong sense of ownership and community is fostered. Students, parents, and teachers feel part of something meaningful—and that motivation drives success.
We are witnessing how this model generates real transformation in communities, and we believe it can serve as an inspiring example for other municipalities in the region.
This approach enables us to reduce educational disparities and provide every child with equal opportunities, while strengthening both the educational system and the community around it.
