Overview
Our youth leadership program is designed to empower students, develop their leadership abilities, and prepare them to become social change-makers.
We believe that every young person has the power to make a difference. That’s why we also strengthen their sense of social awareness – encouraging them to see their neighborhood and community as a place where they can shape a better future for everyone
About the Program
In the Community Leadership Task Force, students will gain practical tools to lead and initiate meaningful change within their communities.
They will design and implement social projects, learn how to launch initiatives, and drive positive transformation in their surroundings.
The program develops students’ capacity to take initiative and act within complex, real-world environments. Throughout the year, participants receive intensive guidance and support from a dedicated facilitator, helping them create real impact
Program Goals
To nurture essential skills for social leadership and provide students with meaningful opportunities to generate positive change within their communities.
Training Process
The program runs over the course of a full academic year. Participants will lead impactful volunteer efforts in their local areas.
The program’s highlight is a community-based social initiative — a large-scale project planned and executed entirely by the students, from concept to implementation.
Throughout the year, students will take part in:
- Workshops and Think Tanks: Covering topics such as community entrepreneurship, social influence, problem-solving, and leading change.
- They will analyze real community needs, brainstorm creative solutions, and receive practical tools for initiating and managing community projects.
Training Includes
- Hands-On Leadership Workshops: Focused on developing leadership skills, teamwork, project management, and decision-making.
- Individual Mentorship: Each participant will be guided by an experienced facilitator throughout the program, supporting them through every stage of their social project.
- National Seminar: A dynamic, network-wide seminar where students from different Atid schools come together to share experiences, collaborate in joint workshops, and build connections with like-minded youth from across the country.
By participating in the program, students will strengthen essential life and leadership skills, such as collaboration, initiative, decision-making, and responsibility. Most importantly, they will gain the confidence and tools to leave a lasting, positive mark on their communities.
