Support and Mentorship for New Teachers

Target Audience: Newly hired teachers within the Atid school network
Program Duration: 3 sessions, each 2 academic hours

Overview 
This program offers early-career teachers a unique platform for developing essential teaching skills and navigating the challenges of the modern classroom. Through face-to-face sessions, enriching workshops, and personalized mentorship, the program helps new teachers become an integral part of the school team and enhances the overall quality of instruction. 

What’s in the Program?
Participants will gain practical knowledge and tools for effective teaching, classroom management, and meaningful communication. The program introduces innovative pedagogical strategies, with opportunities to apply them in real time—boosting confidence and empowering teachers to believe in their own capabilities. 

Teachers also receive personal support and guidance from experienced mentors throughout the process. In addition, they join a professional learning community that fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and peer support.
