Leaders

Nationwide
Grades 9–11
Program Duration: Three-Year Track

Overview

Our youth media leadership program is designed to empower students to create meaningful, positive impact on social media. Through inspiring storytelling, confronting real-life challenges, and spotlighting youth volunteers and changemakers, participants learn how to influence digital conversations for good.

With guidance from a professional PR agency, students will gain media exposure and develop the tools to initiate powerful and value-driven dialogue on platforms that are often hard for traditional education systems to reach.

What’s in the Program?

Leaders trains high school students to shape a positive digital presence by sharing personal stories, showcasing resilience, and highlighting acts of social engagement and community service.

The program emphasizes the development of each participant’s unique, authentic voice and builds their ability to lead impactful social media campaigns. Students gain a meaningful platform and the opportunity to shape public discourse with purpose and responsibility.

Program Goals

To develop a new generation of youth influencers who can advocate for a more balanced, respectful, and constructive digital culture.

The program exposes participants to the world of digital media and equips them with essential communication skills — including public speaking, advocacy, strategic messaging, and digital leadership — to help them promote educational and socially beneficial content online.
