The Amit LaDerech program was created to strengthen the sense of belonging within the school leadership community, encourage collaboration, and increase the impact of each principal. This initiative serves as a bridge between veteran and new principals, offering a structured system of mentoring, support, and personal guidance.
Through this program, experienced principals are invited to share their knowledge and insights, inspire new leaders, and take part in a meaningful educational journey that reinforces a united and empowered leadership network across the school system.
