Milestones Over the Years

At the outset,

a network of vocational colleges was established to provide adults with professional training in construction and engineering.
This network would later be known as Atid.

Our First School

The first Atid youth vocational school was opened in the city of Ma’alot under the Ministry of Labor.

A New Network Is Born

The Atid Education Network was officially established with the goal of providing advanced, high-quality education. It included 16 schools-10 operated in partnership with the Ministry of Education and 6 under the Ministry of Labor.

A Milestone of Growth: 10,000 Students

In 2010, Atid celebrated reaching 10,000 students-marking the expansion and growing recognition of the network’s educational quality and impact.

Our Family Grows-And So Does Our Heart

Youth villages such as Atid Yoana Jabotinsky, Atid Raziel, and Atid High School for Sciences in Lod joined the network after the closure of the ALA non-profit organization.

A Mission, Not Just a Network

Atid was selected to lead the HILA program for at-risk youth, which opened the door to managing additional national initiatives: higher education in the prison system, youth centers, and adult learning frameworks Pele.

The First Atid National Education Conference

On its 25th anniversary, Atid held its first national conference on technological-scientific-humanistic education. This included the inauguration of the first interdisciplinary Olympiad.

Still Growing, Still Thriving

Ten new schools joined the network, and the student body surpassed 20,000. This milestone signifies not only quantitative growth but also the strengthening of our educational community.

Expanding Horizons-Joining the Leumi Group

A strategic partnership was formed with the Leumi Group, expanding Atid’s reach and enabling broader support for diverse educational communities.

Developed by Dr. Shimon Azulay, this educational approach emphasizes mutual empowerment between the individual and the community-each nurturing and enhancing the other in a dynamic cycle of shared growth.

In partnership with the Ministry of Labor, this community nurtures a new generation of professionals. Students gain hands-on experience and advanced training during high school, preparing for meaningful careers in Israel’s workforce.

Post-Secondary Education (Grades 13–14)

A two-year program offering professional engineering certification in various technological fields. Graduates receive a certified technician diploma that enables smooth integration into the Israeli workforce.
